Airstones assist in maintaining even water
temperature and circulation when powered by an air pump. Porous stones
distribute air evenly, which is healthful for fish as gases are dispersed
through the water surface. Attaches to mini or standard airline tubing (not
included). Each airstone measures 1"L x .5"W.Airstones should be routinely
changed and cleaned. A clogged air stone will create backpressure, which
will shorten the life of your air pump. To test it, simply blow through it.
If you can't easily blow through the air stone, neither can the air pump.

clogged, they can be easily regenerated by puncturing tiny holes with a pin
