Native Habitat:  Cameroon, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon and Congo. Occurs in swamps, swampy parts of brooks and small streams under forest cover on the inland plains rainforest
Temperament:    Likes to school by themselves.
Feeding:    Some flake foods high in protein and adult brine shrimp, along with live foods such as grindal worms, white worms, Daphnia, Moina, and newly hatch brine shrimp nauplii
Sexing:    Males more colorful and with display fins
Comments:    Likes low light. Easy fish to keep and raise and live about 3.5 year.
